Redevco strengthens pan-European retailer engagement with new strategic role and Belgian leadership appointment

Redevco appoints Filip de Bois as European Key Account Manager, strengthening engagement with key retail and hospitality occupiers across Europe.
New role will enhance collaboration across markets, helping Redevco support occupiers as they expand and evolve their businesses.
Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer is appointed Head of Asset & Transaction Management Belgium, ensuring continuity of leadership and local market expertise.
Amsterdam, 27 August 2026 – Redevco, one of Europe’s largest privately owned real estate managers, today announces the appointment of Filip de Bois to the role of European Key Account Manager, and the promotion of Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer to Head of Asset & Transaction Management Belgium, reflecting the company’s continued focus on strategic retailer relationships across Europe. Both will start in their new roles as of 1 September 2026 and continue to be part of Redevco’s integrated Asset & Transaction management arm responsible for the execution of all mandates.

Filip de Bois will lead Redevco’s engagement with key retail and hospitality partners operating across multiple European markets. Working closely with local Asset & Transaction Management teams, he will help coordinate strategic tenant relationships, strengthen collaboration and alignment across countries, and identify opportunities to support occupiers’ growth ambitions.
Filip brings almost 40 years of experience in commercial asset and development management and was previously Head of Asset & Transaction Management and Head of Country Belgium. His deep understanding of both occupier needs and asset performance will support Redevco’s increasingly integrated European approach.

As part of this transition, Benoît van Haare Heijmeijer will take over responsibility for Asset & Transaction Management activities in Belgium from 1 September 2026. He will relocate from Paris to Brussels, where he most recently served as Senior Transaction Manager France and Belgium. Benoît will also become Head of Country Belgium from 1 January 2027, succeeding Filip.
Since joining Redevco in 2017, Benoît has held a number of positions across the company’s development and transaction teams in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. His experience spans acquisitions, divestments and development projects across several European markets, bringing a strong combination of local market knowledge and cross-border expertise to the role.
